"Please do not fool with this company I had a pipe burst in February and I think I spoke with the adjuster 3 times!!I called him and emailed him no response.So I called his supervisor still nothing done about my claim!!So today 2 months since the claim was filed the supervisor calls and says my heat wasn’t 55 degrees in the basement!!But the heat was on so how can you determine that unless you was there with a thermometer.I provided my gas and electric bill so they know the service was on they just trying not to pay the claim.Its some messy stuff going on in this company please save yourself the trouble and go else where!!!"
